Delete your Valor account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Valor account, the app published by Minimal Consulting Limitada, and of the data attached to it.

Option 1: in the app

Open Valor and sign in to your account.
Go to the «Profile» tab.
Tap «Delete account» at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 2: by email

If you already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@valorapp.io from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request comes from the account holder and complete it within 30 days at the latest. We confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

The following is permanently removed, with no recoverable copy:

Your account and sign-in credentials: name, email address, password or Google and Apple link.
Your profile: first name, role, seniority and team size.
Transcripts of your practice calls and of your conversations with the coach.
Your scores and your full attempt history.
Your relationships and standing with the cast.
Your record of voice minutes used.
Your push notification token, if you opted in.

We never keep the audio of your calls: it is transcribed during the call and the audio is discarded.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records: up to 7 years. Apple and Google, not us, manage the billing relationship. The transaction record is kept by the store and in our accounting to meet Chilean tax and commercial law. It contains no card details, which never reach us.
Technical logs: up to 30 days. Server logs may contain an account identifier and rotate out on their own within that window.
Aggregated, anonymous data: no time limit. Usage counts that cannot identify you or reconstruct anything you said.

Deleting only some of your data

If you want to keep your account but remove specific content (for example every transcript and score, or one particular attempt), email support@valorapp.io telling us what to delete. We complete it within 30 days at the latest.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: the billing relationship is with the store. Cancel it separately, before deleting your account, in iPhone Settings or in Google Play under payments and subscriptions.
